Brewing Guide:

Use 4–5 g of tea per 100 ml water. Water temperature: about 95 °C. Rinse leaves for 5–10 seconds, discard rinse. Oolongs unfold gradually, and with each new brew (infusion), the flavor changes:  First infusion: 20–30 s. Second: 25–40 s. Third: 30–45 s. Add 5–10 s. for each subsequent infusion (up to 6–7 total).

For Western-style brewing, use ~2 g leaves per 200 ml and steep at 95 °C for 2:30–3:30 minutes.
